It broug...Hi Bekki, I enjoyed this post soo much! It brought back memories of my own childhood Easter traditions. I loved Easter so much! Not for the chocolate and easter egg hunts, although I did enjoy them! ;-) but for the tradition. Even as a small child, I appreciated the tradition of things. And even though I wasn't a Believer at the time, I took in with awe, the church, filled with lilies and the cross draped in a purple cloth. Good Friday always caused me to pause and think about what God had done on the cross, even though I didn't understand it at a personal level yet. I can see here that God was patiently working in me ever since a small child.<br /><br />I miss your mom and our talks in her cozy kitchen in Rhode Island. Sweet memories.
